- Abstract
- 본 연구에서는 유방암생존여성의 신체변화스트레스, 우울 및 사회적 적응에 미치는 개인의 심리적 탄력성과 유방의물리적 손상정도의 상호작용효과를 분석하였으며, 개인의 심리적 탄력성이 유방암생존여성의 신체변화스트레스 지각, 우울 및 사회적 적응 간에 조절작용을 하는지 알아보았다. 유방암수술을 받고 항암치료 등 일차적 치료과정이끝난 후 어느 정도 시간이 경과한 유방암여성 총 190명(완전절제 95명, 부분절제 95명)이 참여하였다. 분석결과, 우울과 사회적 적응에 대한 심리적 탄력성과 유방의 손상정도의 상호작용효과가 유의하여, 개인의 심리적 탄력성이 높으면 완전절제자가 부분절제자보다 우울이 더 낮고, 사회적 적응은 더 높았다. 신체변화스트레스와 우울 및 사회적적응에 대한 심리적 탄력성의 조절효과분석결과는 완전절제집단과 부분절제집단 모두에서 신체변화스트레스와 사회적 적응간에는 조절작용이 유의하였지만, 신체변화스트레스와 우울간에는 유의한 조절작용이 없었다. 또한, 우울과 사회적 적응에 대한 심리적 탄력성의 조절작용은 완전절제집단에서만 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 유방암생존여성의 적응과정에 작용하는 탄력성관련 요인과 극복전략에 대한 탐색이 논의될 것을 기대한다.
