The purpose of this research is to figure out the subordinate factors of female golf participants’ motivations that influence on their participative satisfactions. To achieve the research purpose, this research conducted a questionnaire-based survey for the female participating in golf at driving ranges located in Seoul and Metropolitan areas from February through May of 2007; the results of research are as follows: First, the participative motivations such as Achievement, Pleasure, and Social Intercourse influence significantly on psychological satisfaction. Second, the participative motivations such as Pleasure and Achievement significantly influence on facility-related satisfaction. Third, the participative motivations such as Achievement, Pleasure, Social Intercourse, and External Display influence on physical satisfaction significantly. Fourth, the participative motivations such as External Display, Pleasure, and Achievement influence on sociable satisfaction significantly. Indeed, the influences of factors such as Achievement and Pleasure of participants’ motivations on their satisfactions in golf participation were relatively greater than the other factors. Therefore, for driving ranges it could be one of strategies to make golf participants more satisfied that providing coaching services aiming to improve participants’ skills and techniques, because golf beginners' consciousness and satisfaction are influenced by the ability of golf coaches. Providing special lectures about golf theories and exercises, and the systematic opportunities fostering golf participants’ social relationships wider at golf courses or driving ranges could be strategies to increase golf participants’ satisfaction as well according to results of research.-
