미혼모 관련 연구 동향 분석 -2011년부터 2020년까지 KCI 게재논문 중심으로-

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 미혼모 관련 연구 동향 분석에 있으며, 국내 등재 학술지(KCI)에 게재된 논문을 대상으로 연구 동향 분석을 최초로 했다는 점에서 가장 큰 의의가 있다. 본 연구는 2011년부터 2020년까지 KCI에 게재된 미혼모 관련 논문 116편을 선정하여 연도, 연구유형, 연구대상, 연구방법, 연구 주제에 따라 분석하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 매해 7편 이상 게재되었으며, 증감을 반복하는 추세를 보였다. 둘째, 연구 유형은 기타, 기초연구, 실천연구 순으로 빈도가 높게 나타났다. 셋째, 질적연구 방법이 47편으로 높은 빈도를 보였으며, 그중 사례연구와 기본질적연구 방법이 주를 이루었다. 넷째, 연구대상 중 인적 대상이 가장 빈도가 높았으며, 특히 미혼모를 대상으로 한 연구가 61편으로 대부분을 차지하였다. 미혼모를 대상으로 한 61편의 논문을 세부적으로 살펴보면, 성인 미혼모, 양육 미혼모, 시설 거주 미혼모가 주된 연구 대상이 된 것을 확인 할 수 있다. 마지막으로 출산 및 입양․양육 관련 주제와 사회 인식 및 담론 관련 주제가 높은 빈도로 사용되었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 본 연구는 미혼모에 관한 연구 경향을 명확하게 파악하기 위해 연구물 확대와 보다 세분화 된 분석 준거 그리고 미혼부를 포함한 후속 연구의 필요성을 이야기하였다. 또한, 입양특례법, 출생 통보제 등 거시적 변화 속에서 미혼모․부에 관한 연구 동향이 지속해서 파악돼야 할 것이라고 덧붙였다.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to analyze research trends related to single mothers. Methods: This study selected 116 papers on single mothers published in the KCI (Korean Citation Index) from 2011 to 2020 and analyzed them according to year, study type, study target, research methodology and research topic. Results: First, more than seven were published each year, and an increase was repeated. Second, the types of studies were found to be more frequent in the order of other, basic, and practical studies. Third, qualitative research methods showed a high frequency of 47 pieces, mainly consisting of case studies and basic qualitative research methods. Fourth, human subjects were the most frequent among study subjects, and, in particular, 61 studies on single mothers accounted for the majority. When looking at single mothers in detail, adult single mothers, single mothers raising children, and single mothers living in facilities were the main subjects of study. Lastly, topics related to childbirth, adoption, and raising children, as well as topics related to social awareness and discourse, showed high frequency. Conclusions: This study discusses limitations in the existing literature on single mothers and presents recommendations for future research.
