대학 코칭 교양교육 개발을 위한 방향 탐색 및 요구 분석 : 여대생을 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구는 대학생 코칭 교육의 개발과 운영을 위하여 대학 코칭 교육의 방향과 요구를 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 전문가 대상의 심층인터뷰를 진행하였 고, 서울 및 경기권 소재 4년제 대학 여학생 500명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였 다. 연구의 윤리적 측면 확보를 위하여 소속 대학 기관연구 윤리위원회 심의 승인을 받았다. 본 연구의 자료 분석은 SPSS 23.0과 AMOS 23.0을 사용하였다. 대학생 코칭 교육이라는 시대적 요구에 따라 대학 교양과목으로서 코칭교육의 가능성과 중요성에 대한 전문가 의견 및 여대생의 요구조사 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫 째, 전문가들은 대학의 코칭 교육에서 코칭 철학의 실천과, 이를 바탕으로하는 코칭 교육의 방향성을 강조하였다. 또한 코칭문화의 확산을 위하여 다양한 비교과 프로 그램의 개발을 제안하였다. 둘째, 대학 코칭 교육에 대한 여대생들의 교육 요구는 세부 요인 중 코칭리더십 역량에 대한 교육 요구 수준이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났 으며, 다음으로 코칭 스킬, 코칭 기반 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 전문가 인터뷰 및 세 부 요인별로 도출된 교육요구 내용을 바탕으로 대학 코칭 교육의 질 향상을 위한 세부적인 적용방안을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study is to present the direction and demand of coaching education for the development and operation of coaching curriculum for university students. This study conducted in-depth interviews with experts and a survey of 500 female university students located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do. In order to secure the ethical aspect of research, approval was obtained from the institutional research ethics committee of the affiliated university. SPSS 23.0 and AMOS 23.0 were used for data analysis in this study. According to the demands of university student coaching education, the results of expert opinion and demand survey on the possibility and importance of coaching education as a liberal arts course in university are as follows. First, coaching education at universities emphasized by experts emphasizes the practice of coaching philosophy and the direction of coaching education based on it. In addition, various extracurricular program development were proposed to spread the coaching culture. Second, as for female university students' educational needs for university coaching education, among the detailed factors, the education demand for coaching leadership competency was found to be the highest, followed by coaching skills and coaching basis. Third, the proposed applying the detailed plan for improving the quality of college coaching education based on the educational needs information obtained by expert interviews and detailed factors.
