여성 풋살 동호회 참여자들의 소속감 형성 경험에 대한 내러티브 탐구

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 내러티브의 관점에서 여성 풋살 동호회 참여자들의 소속감 형성 경험이 가진 의미를 이해하는데 있다. 연구 참여자는 연구자와 약 1년 동안 여성 풋살 동호회에서 활동하여 충분한 라포 형성이 되어 있는 여성 풋살 동호인 4인을 선정하였다. 본 연구에 활용된 연구 방법은 Clandinin과 Connelly(2000)의 내러티브 탐구 방법이며, 내러티브 수집을 위해 연구 참여자 4인에 대한 인터뷰를 진행하였다. 자료 분석은 동호회 활동 경험에 대한 이야기를 중심으로 시간적 차원에 근거하여 분석하였고, 자료 분석은 구성원 간 검토, 삼각 검증법, 전문가 협의를 통해 진실성을 확보하였다. 본 연구를 통해 여성 풋살 동호회 참여자들의 소속감 형성 경험의 의미는 다음과 같이 도출되었다. 첫째, 연구 참여자들이 동호회에 소속되기 전에 가지고있던 인식 및 태도를 들을 수 있었다. 둘째, 연구 참여자들이 여성 풋살 동호회 활동을 통해 겪은 소속감 형성 경험에 대한 이야기를 들을 수 있었다. 셋째, 연구 참여자들이 여성 풋살 동호회 소속감 형성 경험을 통해얻은 여성 팀 스포츠에 대한 재식으로 이야기가 도출되었다. 본 연구를 통해 연구 참여자들은 동호회 경험이전부터 풋살 동호회에 소속되고자 하는 욕구와 동기를 가지고 있었으며, 이는 연구 참여자들의 정서적 특성이 소속감 형성에 순행적으로 영향을 미쳤음을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 여성 풋살 동호회 구성원들 간의 신뢰가 소속감을 유발하는 요인으로 작용했음을 알 수 있으며, 여성들의 스포츠 동호회 활동이 여성 스포츠 대중화에 대해 소기하는 바가 있음을 알 수 있었다.

The purpose of this study is to understand the meaning of the experience of forming a sense belonging to female futsal clubs participants have from a narrative perspective. The researchers selected four female futsal fellows who worked with the researchers for about a year in the women's futsal club and formed enough rapport as a study participant. The study focused on learning about the background, motivation, and attitude of approaching women's futsal 96 clubs, and focusing on understanding the stories of colleagues and fellowships about their experiences with women's futsal club. The research method used in this study is a narrative exploration of Clandinin and Connelly(2000), and conducted a conversation interview with four study participants to collect the research narrative. In this study, the meaning of the experience of forming a sense of belonging to female futsal fellowship participants was derived as follows: First, the awareness and attitude sought by the study participants about the women's futsal fellowship befor they joined the current women's futsal fellowship. Second, the experience of the participants in the study was to from a sense of belonging through the women's team sports gined from their experience in forming a sense of belonging of women participating in futsal fellowships through narrative exploration, and it is meaningful in that they have the opportunity to reflect on the meaning of the experience of forming a sense of belonging among the study participants.
