사회문제해결역량이 사회적기업과의 파트너십 형성에 미치는 영향

Abstract

사회문제해결을 위한 부문 간 파트너십, 특히 사회적기업과의 파트너 십이 증가하고 있다. 선행 연구는 사회적기업이 부족한 자원을 확보하기 위해 파트너십을 수행한다는 데 주목하고 있으나 이는 사회적기업의 관점이므로 사회적기업 파트너십을 설명하기에 충분하지 않다. 사회적 기업과 관계를 맺는 영리 기업과 비영리 조직은 단지 자원을 제공하기 위해서만 협력하지 않으며, 궁극적으로 협력을 통해 사회문제를 해결하고 사업기회를 창출해 자조직의 성과를 직간접적으로 향상시키고자 한다. 이에 본 연구는 사회적기업 파트너십 동기를 내부적 동기와 외부적 동기로 구분하고 그에 따른 사회문제해결역량 인식이 사회적기업과의 파트너십 형성 의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 영리 기업과 비영리 조직 모두 ‘자조직의 사회문제해결역량’이 낮을수록 사회적기업 파트너십 형성 의도가 높았으며, ‘사회적기업의 사회문제해결역량’ 인식이 높을수록 사회적기업 파트너십 형성 의도가 높았다. 본 연구는 사회문제해결역량의 개념을 규명하고 자원기반관점이론을 협력 조직의 관점에 적용해 사회적기업 파트너십을 탐구했다는 데 그 의의가 있다.

Partnerships among sectors, in particular those with social enterprises (SE), have been increasing. Previous studies primarilyfocused on SEs establishing partnerships to offset their lack ofresources. This study divides motivations for SE partnerships(SEPs) and analyzes how the recognition of social problem-solvingcapabilities (SPSC) affects the intention to establish partnerships with SEs. Consequently, in both for-profit and nonprofit organizations, the lower the “SPSC of self-organization,” the higher their intentions of forming partnerships with SEs. Moreover, higher recognition of the “SPSC of SE” leads to a higher intention of forming partnerships with SEs. Thus, this study clarifies the concept of the SPSC and implements a resource-based view to explore the SEP in detail.
