- Abstract
- 본 연구는 대학교육개발 전문인력의 역량 개발을 위한 프로그램을 개발하고자 수행되었다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 선행연구 및 사례를 통하여 연수 프로그램의 체제를 구상하고, CTL 전문인력의 업무분야에 따라 연수의 내용을 설계하였다. 특히 연수프로그램은 백워드 교육과정 설계의 과정에 맞춰 진행하였다. 아울러 실제 교육대상자가 되는 CTL 전문인력 대상의 요구조사를 통하여 프로그램(안)을 도출하였다. 이후의 과정을 통하여 CTL 전문역량 강화를 위한 교육과정 개발을 수행하였다.
