- Abstract
- 인터넷 기술이 발달하면서 최근 국내 통신 환경은 서비스 이용 편의성과 다양성을 제공해주는 방송‧통신 융합서비스 사용자가 증가하였고, 사용자의 체감 품질 보장에 대한 이슈가 대두되었다. 융합서비스 특성상 서비스는 이종 사업자망을 경유하여 제공되지만 사업자의 품질관리 범위는 주로 자사 네트워크와 서비스에 집중되어 있어 이종 사업자 연동 구간에 대한 품질관리방안이 부재한 실정이다. 본 논문에서는 이종 사업자간 품질관리를 위해서 관련 표준, 국외 사례 등을 활용하여 사업자 네트워크 연동 관점의 사업자 분류 모형을 설계하고, 사업자간 품질 관리를 위한 방안을 수립함으로써 사업자간 서비스 품질 연동 및 품질관리를 위한 정책 방안을 제시한다.
