지식관리활동과 업무성과에 관한 실증연구: 구조방정식 모형접근

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 지식관리를 시행하고 있는 중앙행정기관들을 대상으로 지식관리 활동과 업무성과와의 구조적인 관계를 파악하고 효과적인 지식관리를 위한 전략을 제시하고자 하였다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구는 조직구성원들의 지식관리 활동을 문제해결 기반차원과 문제해결 차원의 지식관리 프로세스로 구분하고 이러한 지식관리 활동차원들이 업무성과에 미치는 영향관계를 분석하였다. 공분산구조분석결과, 지식관리 프로세스와 업무성과 간에는 선순환 관계를 가지고 있음을 보여주고 있고, 지식관리 활동을 통해 업무성과를 향상시키기 위해서는 지식관리 프로세스 전반에 걸친 종합적인 접근의 필요성을 강조하고 있다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 효과적인 지식관리를 위한 전략 및 정책적 함의를 제시하였다.

This study examines the structural relationships between activities of knowledge management and work performance to search for effective knowledge management strategies. This study categorizes the knowledge management process into the two dimensions-infrastructure of problem solving and problem solving. This study analyzes the effects of these activities of knowledge management on work performance. The results of covariance structural analyses show the functional circulation relationship between the knowledge management process and work performance. To enhance the work performance by the activities of knowledge management, the results of this study emphasizes a comprehensive approach on the knowledge management process. Based on the results, the potential implications of the strategy for effective knowledge management are discussed.
