지식공유와 업무성과에 관한 실증연구: 중앙행정기관을 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구는 중앙행정기관을 대상으로 지식공유 영향요인을 분석하고 지식공유가 업무성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 업무성과 향상을 위한 지식공유 활성화 방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 실시한 공분산구조분석 결과, 연구모형에서 설정한 9개의 가설 중 4개의 가설이 채택되었다. 연구모형에서 제시한 8개의 영향요인 중에서 업무프로세스, 정보기술, 구성원 태도가 지식공유에 상대적으로 중요한 영향요인으로 검증되었으며, 지식공유 역시 업무성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 분석결과들을 토대로 본 연구는 업무성과 향상을 위한 지식공유 활성화 방안을 제시하고 있다.

The purposes of this study are to examine the factors influencing the knowledge sharing and work performance, and to search the strategies for effective knowledge sharing. The results of covariance structural analyses indicate that the factors-work process, information technology and attitudes of employees significantly influence knowledge sharing. Knowledge sharing significantly affects work performance. The three factors also have significant indirect effects on work performance via knowledge sharing. Based on the results, the potential implications of the strategy for effective knowledge sharing are discussed.
