화예작품 '카라가 있는 청동 파편'의 제작 보고 및 작품 기록

Abstract

오늘날 화예는 화훼재료를 사용한 장식의 범위를 넘어선 다양한 모색과 시도를 행하고 있다. 그중 하나는 예술적 추구를 통해 조형예술의 한 부분으로 편입되어지고 있는 경향이다. 이번 화예디자인학회 연구작품전에 출품작의 하나인 “카라가 있는 청동 파편”은 그러한 조형적 시도 가운데 특수한 예로서 도예작가가 제작한 도예작품을 기반으로 하여 화예작가가 화예작품을 완성함으로써 도예작가와 화예작가가 어떻게 하나의 작품을 만들어 가는가에 대한 실험이 되었다. 본 논문은 도예작품과 화예작품의 각각의 작품에 대한 제작 보고와 더불어 그렇게 하여 완성된 결과를 기록하려는 것이다.

The floral art today is expanding its work scope exploring various posibility far beyond decorative purpose. The remarkable exploration in this field is to create art work for its' own purpose. The work named “The Bronze Pieces with Calla” is an example for that exploration, which has taken very special approach of cooperative work between the ceramic artist and the floral artist. It is the purpose of this thesis to report how the ceramic artist and the floral artist cooperated to create an art work and what it is the result of the cooperation.
