Abstract
A Comparative Study of Blood Formed Elements Changes after the Long Term Exercise according to Different Types of Free Gymnastics. The purpose of this paper is to provide the fundamental data required to improve effective training methods for the athletes and to cultivate healthy citizens. Special group of 24 males were chosen for the experiment to compare WBC, RBC, Hb, Hct, MCV, MCH, MCHC, Plt, MPV and Lym after the long term exercise of 112 weeks in three different types of gymnastics. The results can be summarized as follows ; 1. The increase in WBC, Hb, MCH, MCHC and Plt after exercises were most significant in PT followed by AF and then NA group. (WBC : P<0.01, Hb : P < 0.05, MCH : P < 0.001, MCHC : P < 0.001, Plt : P < 0.05) 2. The decrease in MCV, MPV after exercises were most significant in PT followed by AF and then NA group. (MCV : P < 0.05, MPV : P < 0.05) 3. PT group showed slight difference in changes of RBC, Hct and Lym after exercises compared to two other groups, however, the result demonstrated that three groups showed no significance.
