메타버스 개념을 적용한 안전체험관 체험 콘텐츠에 관한 기초적 연구

Abstract

최근 대형 재난과 안전사고가 빈번히 발생하고 있다. 이러한 재난과 사고의 발생으로 국민 안전에 대한 관심이 매우 높아졌고, 이에 따른 다양한 안전교육에 대한 필요성이 강조 되고 있다. 개인 스스로 재난 피해를 최소화하고 궁극적으로 국가적 손실을 줄이는 방향으로 생활화하기 위해서는 안전체험관의 설치가 필수적인데, 국내상황은 안전체험교육 수요에 비해서 시설이 매우 부족한 실정이다. 그리고 특정지역에 시설이 집중되어 있어서 지역적 안배가 필요한 상황이다. 또한 정부 부처별로 안전체험관 설치를 개별로 진행함으로써 표준화된 안전체험 교육모형이 필요한 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 안전체험관이 지역적으로 불균형되어 있는 시설의 문제와 표준화된 안전교육 모델 필요성의 문제를 해결하기 위하여 새로운 형태의 안전체험관을 제안하고자 한다. 이는 다중 피교육자와 교육자가 가상공간에 동시에 참여하여 교육자의 교육을 통한 안전교육을 이수하고, 안전정보전달, 안전지식체험 등을 할 수 있는 메타버스 환경을 구축하는 것이다.

Recently, large-scale disasters and safety accidents have occurred frequently. Due to the occurrence of such disasters and accidents, interest in public safety has increased very much, and the necessity of various safety education is being emphasized. In order for individuals to minimize disaster damage and ultimately reduce national losses, it is essential to establish a safety experience center, but the domestic situation is very insufficient compared to the demand for safety experience education. In addition, facilities are concentrated in a specific area, so regional arrangements are needed. In addition, a standardized safety experience education model is needed by establishing a safety experience center for each government department. This study proposes a new type of safety experience center to solve the problem of facilities where the safety experience center is unbalanced locally and the need for a standardized safety education model. This is to establish a Metaverse environment in which multiple instructors and students can simultaneously participate in virtual spaces to complete safety education through education of educators, deliver safety information, and experience safety knowledge.
