| dc.description.abstract | 본 연구는 직업무용수들의 긍정적심리자본이 심리적 탈진 및 정서적 조직몰입에 미치는 영향력 및 중요성을 규명하는 데에 그 목적이 있다. 공공기관 소속인 한국무용전문 직업무용단(국립, 국악원, 도립, 시립) 단원을 대상으로 선정하였다. 수집자료는 통계프로그램 SPSS WIN Ver. 23.0을 이용하여 요인분석, 신뢰도검증, 상관분석, 다중회귀분석으로 검증하였다. 이러한 연구절차에 따라 도출된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 직업무용수의 긍정심리자본이 심리적 탈진에 유의한 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직업무용수의 긍정심리자본이 정서적 조직몰입에 유의한 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직업무용수의 심리적 탈진이 정서적 조직몰입에 유의한 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 한국무용전문 직업무용단원의 긍정심리자본은 심리적 탈진을 낮추고 정서적 조직몰입을 높여 개인 및 조직의 성과를 높이는 중요한 변인임이 확인되었다. | - |
