Abstract
본 판별도구는 영재판별이 가지고 있는 문제점과 논쟁을 최대한 고려하여 다단계적이고 다특성적인 접근을 통하여 영재판별을 하고자 개발된 것이다. 판별의 단계는 크게 3단계로 1단계에서는 중요타인을 통한 영재행동특성 평정척도가 실시되어 다양한 영역에서의 아동의 영재성을 알아볼 수 있고 여기서 부여한 정보를 통해 영재성의 가능성이 있는지 점검할 수 있다. 2단계에서는 사고력과정에 대한 수행학습검사로 사고과제에 대한 수행 평가를 통해 영재성을 검증하고자 개발된 것이다. 이 단계는 단순한 표준화된 검사에 의해여 실시되는 정보의 한계성을 극복하고 사고과정을 통해 일어나는 일련의 정보를 획득하게 된다. 마지막으로 지적능력과 정의적 특성의 비율적 합산 결과에 따른 영재성 지수를 산출하는 단계로 최종 영재판별에서 많이 활용되는 지능검사와 정의적인 특성을 측정하는 성격검사까지 동시에 고려하여 영재판별에서의 타당성과 신뢰성을 더욱 높힐 수 있는 가능성을 제시하고 있다. 개발된 유아용판별도구는 D대도시의 영재성을 지닌 유아에게 실시되었으며, 1단계의 결과와 2~3단계의 결과 간에 일치성을 확인할 수 있었다. 뿐만 아니라 검사를 실시한 유아의 세분화된 특성을 확인할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고 영재로 확인된 유아의 경우 자신의 능력에 맞는 프로그램을 받을 수 있는 도움을 주었다.
The purpose of this study was to develop a infant gifted children distinguishable test and to validation it. The step of distinguishable test is three. One step is that significant others are to observe by through rating scale. Two step is that process of thinking gifted children was estimated by accomplishment test. That is what we wanted to get the most of giftedness. Lastly, three step is intelligence test and personality test. These test are to estimate cognitive and affective characters of the gifted children. Accordingly we are obtained giftedness quotient by these test. In order to validation this distinguishable test, in the D city's 43 infant gifted children were utilized as exploratory sample. As a result, 43 infant gifted children were distinguish by this test. Judging from this, Validity of distinguishable test was supported. Future direction for development of infant gifted children distinguishable test and its validity were discussed.
