- Abstract
- The purpose of this study was to examine change aspect of obesity linked factors with aerobic exercise habit and relationship between physical exercise and obesity linked factors and provide experimental information for health promotion in females. Target sampling for 31 college females was done in this study. For 12 weeks, they had exercised aerobic exercise freely and voluntarily. At the beginning and end of 12 weeks' exercise period, obesity linked factors of the subjects were measured. For 12 weeks, volumeof daily physical activities and diet were checked and calculated on daily basis so that the subjects were controlled to prevent sudden changes of energy uptake and consumption. The volume of exercise was calculated with weekly exercise and relationship of average volume of exercise per weekto obesity linked factors were analyzed. Analysis of multiple correlation, analysis of simple linear regressionand were applied for the statistical analysis using SPSS 12.0. The result of analysis of multiple correlation confirmed that average volume of exercise per week and change of HDL-C, change of TG, change of IL-6, and change of leptin, change of HDL-C and change of IL-6, change of TG and change of leptin, and change of IL-6 and change of leptin have significant relation(p<.05). And average volume of exercise per week was significantly affected by change of HDL-C, TG, IL-6, leptin(p<.05). Follow-up studies to understand female exercise habits in accordance with condition of body mass and analyze relationship between each items are necessary for further research for proper body composition and proper level of obesity linked factors.
