Abstract
목적 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대에 필요한 디지털 학습역량(의사소통, 협업, 비판적 사고, 창의성, 정보, 문제해결)의 원척도를한국판으로 타당화 하여 대학생에게 적용하고자 함에 목적이 있다. 방법 수도권 소재 A대학교 재학생 778명을 대상으로 의사소통, 협업, 비판적 사고, 창의성, 정보, 문제해결의 6영역 요인을 측정하기 위한 검사를 실시하였다. 탐색적 요인분석 후, 도출된 문항을 확인적 요인분석으로 4차 산업혁명 시대의 대학생 디지털 학습역량척도 타당화로 검증하였다. 결과 분석결과 원척도에서 제시한 6개 요인을 지지하였으나, 구성체계 타당도와 구인타당도 검증을 통해 요인부하량이 기준에 부합하지 않는 문항은 제거하여 최종 31문항을 제시하였다. 결론 이러한 결과는 원척도 역량이 대학생에게 4차 산업혁명 시대에 필요한 디지털 학습역량의 적용 가능성을 시사하는 것이다. 도출된 결과를 바탕으로 디지털 학습역량을 강화시킬 수 있는 방안을 교수역량 강화 측면과 혁신교수법 온라인 플랫폼 적용 방안을중점으로 논의 하였다.
Objectives The objective of this study was to validate the instrument of digital learning competencies (communication, collaboration, critical thinking, creativity, information, and problem solving) required in the era of the 4th industrial revolution in the Korean version. Methods For this purpose, 778 university students attending A university in the metropolitan area answered the suevey regarding the six factors of core competences: communication, collaboration, critical thinking, creativity, information, and problem-solving. After exploratory factor analysis, the validity of the digital learning competency instrument for university students in the era of the 4th Industrial Revolution was verified by confirmatory factor analysis of the derived items. Results As a result of the study, the six factors suggested in the original instrument were supported. Through the verification of the compositional system and the construct validity, the final 31 items were presented by removing the items in which the factor loading did not meet the criteria. Conclusions These results suggested that the original instrument could be applied to the digital learning competencies required in the 4th industrial revolution era of university students in Korea. Bases on the derived results, measures to strengthen digital learning competences were discussed focusing on the aspect of strengthening teaching competences and the application of innovative teaching methods to online platforms.
