Abstract
연구목적:본연구는어머니의아동기경험의유형을탐색하고, 이경험유형이부모역 할만족도, 양육행동, 아동권리존중양육에미치는영향을살펴보고자하였다. 방법:유아교육기관에자녀를보내는503명의어머니를대상으로잠재계층분석, 다항로 지스틱분석, 다중회귀분석을실시하였다. 결과:첫째, 어머니아동기경험은3개의잠재계층으로구분되었으며, 이는어머니가자신 의부모로부터아동기때받은양육경험중에서독립성조장과수용을받았던경험의 수준에따라‘부정적경험집단(5.3%)’, ‘중간수준경험집단(28.4%)’, ‘긍정적경험집단 (66.2%)’으로명명하였다. 둘째, 어머니아동기경험‘긍정적경험집단’이‘부정적경험 집단’에비해부모역할만족도, 양육행동, 아동권리존중양육수준이높은것으로나타났다. 결론:어린시절아동기경험유형은성인이되어부모가되었을때부모역할만족도, 양육행동, 아동권리존중양육수준에영향을미치는것으로나타났다. 이러한결과는어린시절부모로 부터독립적성향의조장과자신을있는그대로수용받는아동기경험의중요성을강조하며 부정적인아동기경험을받았다면치유되고회복될수있도록도우며이를예방하기위한 전략으로예비부모교육이나긍정적인부모교육프로그램등다양한방안마련이필요함을 시사하고있다.
Objective: The purpose of this study is to explore the types of childhood experiences by mothers and to examine the effects of their childhood experiences on parental role satisfaction, parenting behavior, and respect for children's rights. Methods: Latent hierarchical analysis, multinomial logistic analysis, and multiple regression analysis were utilized with 503 mothers who send their children to early childhood education institutions. Results: First, the mothers' childhood experiences were divided into the three potential classes. These are labelled here as the ‘negative experience group' (5.3%), the 'medium-level experience group' (28.4%) and the ‘positive experience group' (66.2%). Second, parental role satisfaction, parenting behavior, and respect for children's rights were found to be higher in the ‘positive experience group' of the mother's childhood experience than the ‘negative experience group'. Conclusions: It was found that the type of childhood experience in childhood affects parental role satisfaction, parenting behavior, and the level of parenting that respect children's rights when reaching parenthood. These results emphasize the importance of fostering independence from parents in childhood and the importance of receiving children's experiences as they are, helping them to heal and recover from negative childhood experiences, and as a strategy to prevent them, education for prospective parents. However, the results also suggest that various measures such as positive parenting education programs are needed.
