에니어그램 성격유형별 어머니의 양육소진코칭을 위한 그림척도 개발과 타당화

Abstract

본 연구는 에니어그램 성격유형별 어머니의 양육소진코칭을 위한 그림척도를 개발하고, 이를 타당화 하는 것에 목적이 있다. 본 연구에서는 1차, 2차, 3차에 걸쳐 에니어그램 양육소진 그림척도 개발과정이 이루어졌다. 1차 그림개발과정은 문헌조사와 개발형질문지와 인터뷰 및 어머니 대상 워크숍을 통해 양육소진 상황을 추출한 수 전문가 내용타당도를 토대로 총 2개의 공통 양육소진 상황과 9개의 개별 양육소진 상황을 추출하였다. 2차 그림 개발과정은 개방형질문지와 인터뷰 및 워크숍을 토대로 에니어그램 성격유형별 어머니의 이미지를 그린후, 전문가 내용타당도를 토대로 수정·보완 작업을 하였다. 3차 그림 개발과정은 양육소진 상황과 어머니의 이미지를 활용하여, 양육소진 공통상황에서 각 유형별 그림 2장씩, 양육소진 개별상황에서 각 유형별 그림 1장씩, 총 27장의 에니어그램 성격유형별 어머니의 양육소진 그림척도를 개발하였다. 본 연구에서는 1차, 2차, 3차에 걸쳐 그림척도 타당도 검증과정이 이루어졌다. 1차 타당도 과정은 문항을 바탕으로 그린 그림이 타당한지 전문가 타당도를 받았다. 2차 타당도 과정은 전문가 타당도에서 나온 의견을 바탕으로 그림을 수정하여 다른 집단의 전문가 타당도를 받았다. 3차 타당도 과정은 서울, 경기, 세종지역 어머니 40명을 대상으로 이소희·윤호 그림과 이소희·유성훈 그림과 본 연구도구 검사결과의 성격유형 일치도의 상관을 살펴보았다. 그 결과 6번이 83.3%로 가장높은 일치율을 보였으며, 1유형이 77.7%의 일치율을 보였으며, 3유형, 4유형, 7유형, 8유형이 75%의 일치율을 보였으며, 5유형, 9유형이 66.6%의 일치율을 보이고 전체적인 일치율은 74.4%로 나타났다. 본 연구 결과의 의의는 그림 기존 정량적 방법에서 벗어나 좀 더 쉽고, 융통성 있고, 자신을 보다 심도있게 관찰할 수 있는 그림의 장점을 활용하여 자신의 성격유형을 검사하는데 기존척도와 상호보완할 수 있도록 기초자료로 제공할 수 있다.

This study was an exploratory study to identify Enneagram personality types. It aimed to develop a picture scale of parent burnout coaching by Enneagram personality type and to verify how those barometers reflect the Enneagram personality types. In this study, the development process of the picture scale for parent burnout by Enneagram personality type was conducted in the first, second and third processes. During the first picture development process, A total of 2 common parent burnout situations and 9 individual parent burnout situations were extracted through literature surveys, developmental questionnaires, interviews, and workshops for mothers. And then, a total of 11 parent burnout situations per Enneagram personality type were validated by experts. In the second process, the researcher drew images of mothers by Enneagram personality type based on experts' validation. In the third process, a total of 27 pictures of parent burnout by Enneagram personality type were developed with two pictures for each type of parent burnout in common situations and one picture for each type of parent burnout. The meaning of the result of this study are as follows. First, to understand the Enneagram personality types, this study broke away from the existing quantitative approach and used the advantage of personality type pictures that take a qualitative approach, which enables one to observe oneself more easily, flexibly, and minutely. Second, this study can provide basic data which are mutually complementary with the existing barometers in examining the personality type of oneself.
