- Abstract
- Multi-valued logic (MVL) is considered alternative solution for handling enormous data and overcoming the limitations of the current complementary metal-oxide-semiconductor technologies. This paper proposes a novellogic-in-memory device that shows binary or ternary logic operations depending on its previous logic states. Our device is composed of two thin-film transistors (TFTs), one with indium oxide (InO) channel and the other with heterojunction of single-walled carbon nanotube (SWCNT)/InO channel. All materials except for the gate dielectric are formed by inkjet printing that is well-suited for the fabrication of wearable electronic devices for digital healthcare. © 2023 IEEE.
