- Abstract
- 8 Semi-synthetic derivatives of asiatic acid were prepared and their protective effect against AP-induced neurotoxicity was evaluated. Among them, asiatic acid (2), and 4, 16 showed 97, 92 and 87% of protective effect, respectively. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science Ltd. All rights reserved.
