대학 이동수업 설계와 활성화에 관한 탐색적 연구

Abstract

최근 4차 산업혁명 등 미래변화에 대비하기 위한 교육혁신의 필요성이 부각되고, 방법론에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 특히, 대학 이동식 수업이 대학교육 혁신의 주된 방향으로 언급이 되고 있다. 그러나, 이동수업에 대한 제도적 규제가 존재하고, 교육의 질적 측면에서 고려해야할 사항들이 많기 때문에 대학 현장에서 자유롭게 이 방법을 활용하는데 제약이 있다. 본 논문에서는 시공간 제약 없는 양질의 학교 밖 수업 설계를 위하여, 대학에서 이뤄지는 다양한 학교 밖 수업 현황을 바탕으로 제도적인 문제점과 개선방향을 제시 하였다. 연구결과, 현장교육, 현장실습, 계약학과 제도 운영과 유사한 운영방안을 모색하는 것이 필요하고, 특히 현장실습의 경우 대학별로 고정된 기준을 적용하기보다 대학의 학칙 여건에 따라 다양화하는 것이 필요하다. 또한, 학교수업과 현장실습의 이원화에 다른 혼란을 방지하고자, 대학 교수진에 대한 모니터링 강화가 필요하다. 아울러, 대체학습 인정만으로 학생의 교과목 이수가 어려운 경우, 이동수업에 대한 수강철회도 동시에 인정하도록 제도를 개선해야 한다.

New education and innovation of teaching and learning have been paid more attention among universities. Currently, itinerant classroom has been utilized in universities. For examples, entrepreneurship experience, skill competition, volunteering activities are most representative examples of itinerant classroom. Itinerant classroom is an alternative method to follow these new trends and update the quality of university classroom. In this paper, we explored the concept and issues of itinerant class in university and find the policy implications for using the itinerant class. In results, field study, field internship, contract program should be considered as an example of Itinerant classroom in university. In addition, the monitoring system for university professors should be strengthened to avoid the classroom and field study courses. In addition, if a student can not take the course as field study, he or she needs to have rights to withdraw the course.
