유아기 진로준비 측정도구 개발을 위한 구성요인 및 특성 탐색

Abstract

본 연구는 유아기 진로준비 측정도구 개발을 위한 진행 과정으로 측정도구를 구성하는 요인을 확인하고 구성요인별 특성을 추출하여 문항을 구성하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를위해 첫째, 유아기 진로준비에 관한 선행연구 및 문헌조사를 실시하고, 둘째, 현장에서 유아를지도하고 있는 교사를 대상으로 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 유치원 교사, 어린이집 교사를 대상으로3차 동안 진행 한 포커스그룹 인터뷰에서 얻은 결과를 종합하여 구성요인과 구성요인별 특성을 추출하였다. 마지막으로, 추출된 구성요인과 구성요인별 특성에 대한 적절성과 정확성을높이기 위해 유아교육기관 원감, 원장, 유아지도 교사, 유아교육과 교수, 유아담당 장학사로 이루어진 유아교육 전문가 30명을 대상으로 3차례의 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 유아교육 전문가들의 델파이 조사에서 합의된 의견에 따라 구성요인의 개념과 특성, 문항을 수정하였다. 연구 결과, 유아기 진로준비 측정도구의 구성요인으로 자기이해, 대인관계이해, 일과 직업세계의 이해, 의사결정력, 진로탐색 5개 구성요인이 선정되었다. 선정 된 구성요인의 개념에따라 1차 118문항, 2차 90문항, 3차 78문항으로 측정도구 문항을 선정하였다.

The purpose of this study is to extract the components of measurement tools and the characteristics of constituent factors in order to develop the measurement tools for early childhood career preparation. First, we conducted preliminary research and documentary surveys. Second, we conducted interviews with teachers who teach children in the field. The results of those three focus group interviews with kindergarten teachers were combined, and the constituent factors and characteristics were extracted. Third, to improve the appropriateness and accuracy of the extracted constitutional factors, we conducted Delphi surveys three times in order to revise the concept of constructive factors according to the teachers, principals, professors and supervisors in the early childhood education. As a result, self-understanding, understanding of interpersonal relationships, understanding of work and jobs, decision making and career search were selected as the five components of the measurement tools. According to the contents of the constituent factors, the measurement tools were selected based on 118. 90 and 78 items respectively from the first, second and third Delphi surveys.
