dc.description.abstract본 연구에서는 놀이치료자의 직무환경 위험요소와 심리적 소진의 관계에서 마음챙김의 조절효과를 검증하였다. 연구 대상은 서울 및 경기 지역의 전문아동상담기관, 복지관 내 상담실, 대학부설 놀이치료실, 병원 내 놀이치료실 등에서 종사하고 있는 놀이치료자 212명이었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 23.0 통계 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였으며, 상관분석, 중다회귀분석과 위계적 중다회귀분석을 실시하였다. 그리고 그 조절효과가 유의한 경우 이를 그래프로 제시하고 단순 기울기 검증을 실시하였다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 놀이치료자의 직무환경 위험요소 하위요인 중 도전을 제외한 역할갈등, 역할모호성, 업무과다는 심리적 소진에 정적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 놀이치료자의 마음챙김 하위요인인 현재자각, 주의집중, 비판단적 수용, 탈중심적 주의 모두 심리적 소진에 부적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 놀이치료자의 직무환경 위험요소와 심리적 소진의 관계에서 마음챙김 총점, 비판단적 수용, 탈중심적 주의의 조절효과가 유의하게 나타났다. 본 연구는 놀이치료자의 심리적 소진에 영향을 미치는 마음챙김의 중요성을 확인하였고, 놀이치료자의 심리적 소진에 대해 마음챙김 향상을 위한 개입의 근거를 마련하였다는 점에서 그 의의가 있다.-
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study was to investigate the moderating effects of mindfulness between the risk factors of employment environment and burnout amongst play therapists. The subjects comprised of 212 play therapists who have worked in the area of play therapy in Seoul and Gyunggi-do. The collected data was analyzed by means of the Pearson`s correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis by use of the SPSS 23.0 statistical program. The results which were significant were analyzed graphically and a simple slope analysis was conducted. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. Firstly, higher levels of the sub-factors of play therapists` risk factors in employment environment(role conflict, role ambiguity, work overload) predicted significantly higher likelihood of burnout. Secondly, higher levels of the sub-factors of play therapists` mindfulness(present awareness, concentration, non-judgemental acceptance, decentralized attention) predicted significantly lower levels of burnout. Thirdly, the moderating effect of the total score of mindfulness and the sub-factors of mindfulness(non-judgemental acceptance, decentralized attention) on the relationship between play therapists` risk factors associated with their employment environment and burnout was significant. In contrast, the moderating effect of the sub-factors of mindfulness(present awareness, concentration) on the risk factors associated with their employment environment and burnout was not significant. In conclusion, this study confirmed the important role of play therapists` mindfulness in decreasing burnout. Therefore, in order to reduce burnout amongst play therapists arising from the risk factors associated with their employment environment, mindfulness enhancement programs should be actively implemented.-
