위험커뮤니케이션의 기후변화 완화정책 영향요인 연구 - 수도권 주민을 중심으로 -

Abstract

본 연구는 위험커뮤니케이션(정보원, 메시지, 채널, 수용자)과 기후변화 위험인식, 정부신뢰, 완화정책수용도 간의 인과적 관계를 분석하고 정책적 함의를 도출하고자 한다. 분석결과, 위험커뮤니케이션의 구성요인 중 수용자는 기후변화 위험인식에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 보여주고 있다. 정보원, 메시지, 채널은 정부신뢰에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 나타내고 있고, 정부신뢰는 완화정책수용도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 보여주고 있으며, 정보원, 메시지, 채널은 정부신뢰를 매개로 완화정책수용도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 나타내고 있다. 또한, 정보원과 수용자는 완화정책수용도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향 보여주고 있다. 이러한 분석결과를 토대로 정책적 함의를 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study are to analyze the casual relationship between risk communication (source, message, channel and receiver), risk perception, trust in government, and mitigation policy acceptance and to suggest policy implications. The results show that the receiver among the components of risk communication has a significant positive effect on the risk perception of climate change. The source, message and channel significantly positively influence on the trust in government. The trust in government has a significant positive impact on the mitigation policy acceptance. The results also indicate the mediating effects of the trust in government on the relationship between the components of risk communication (source, message and channel) and the mitigation policy acceptance. The source and receiver significantly positively affect on the mitigation policy acceptance. Based on the results, the policy implications are suggested.
