Abstract
This study is involved in adventure sports for the purpose of thrill and enjoyment, although the participants in adventure sports are aware of uncertain risks. But the importance of safety cannot be ruled out, and it must be constantly concerned. As such, the purpose of the adventure sports participants is to clarify how the safety consciousness and behavioral behaviors affect risk perception, exercise commitment and participation continuity. The purpose of this study was to analyze the questionnaire contents of 390 people using the convenience sampling method for the adolescents sports sports clubs in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do and Gangwon-do. Data processing was analyzed using SPSS/AMOS WIN 18.0. Statistical techniques used for data analysis were frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, structural equation model analysis The results were as follows. The research hypothesis that follows is as follows. First, the safety awareness of the adolescents perceived by adventure sports participants had a positive (+) effect on safety practice behavior. Second, the perceived safety consciousness of adventure sports participants has a significant negative effect on perceived risk. Third, the safety awareness of the adolescents perceived by the adventure sports participants had a positive (+) effect on the exercise commitment. As a result, the safety of adventure sports can lead to the immersion and sustainability of participants. Also, because of the nature of adventure sports, it is accompanied by risk factors, so it can not be taught to disregard safety consciousness and safety practice behavior. In other words, the leader must be guided to enjoy the adventure sports safely in order to increase the immersion and persistence of the participants, and the leader should be habitual to do personally safe actions by matching words and actions.
