Abstract
본 연구는 21세기 학생의 학습역량을 반영한 교육수행(Education Performance Indicators) 척도를 한국판으로 타당화 하는데 목적이 있다. 교육수행 척도는 인지, 정서, 사회문화의 3요인 구조로 구성되어 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 교육수행 척도를 기초로 S대학교 재학생의 학습역량 척도를 개발하여 타당화하였다. 이를 위해 전라남도(제2캠퍼스 충청남도)에 위치한 S대학교 1,562명을 대상으로 원척도에서 제시한 요인구조가 S대학교 재학생에게 적합한지 탐색적 요인분석과 확인적 요인분석을 실시하여 타당성을 확보하였다. 분석 결과 원척도에서 제시한 3요인구조를 지지하였으나, 일부 하위영역에서 불일치 하는 것으로 나타나 이를 중점으로 논의 하였다. 이러한 연구결과는 원척도에서 제시한 요인구조가 S대학교 재학생의 학습역량을 측정하는데 적용이 가능할 수 있음을 시사하는 것이다.
The purpose of this study was to validate a Korean S university version of the Educational Performance Indicators(SH-EPI) that reflect 21st century students' learning capabilities. EPI is a tool that has been used to assess educational performance ability on the basis of three factor structure(i.e., a cognitive, affective, and sociocultural capability). The participants were 1,562 among S university students in Jeollanam-do(Chungcheongnam-do, second campus). The result of confirmatory factor analysis of three-factors verified that the K-EPI has the same factorial structure as in the original version. In conclusion, EPI was a valid instrument for the assessment of educational performance ability in samples of Korean S university students which can now be used in cross-cultural studies of this important psychological construct. However, some sub-factors had different results from the original version and discussed this as a focus. These findings suggest that the factors presented on the scale may be applied to measure the learning capacity of students enrolled in S University.
