공동육아 조합 어린이집의 ‘부모 되어가기’

Abstract

본 연구는 공동육아 조합에서 부모가 운영과 교육을 책임지는 주체로 존재하나, 공동육아 부모들에 대한 이해가 부모 참여 또는 공동체성의 측면으로만 강조되고 있는 문제의식에서 시작되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 공동육아 조합 어린이집 부모의 ‘되어가기’ 과정을 탐구하는데 있다. 연구결과 부모들은 끊임없이 되어가는 존재로서 무지, 미지, 망각의 세계를 열어가는 부모, 1/N이 아닌 무한의 가능성을 지닌 다양체로서의 부모, 돌연변이 생물 같은 어린이집을 체험하는 부모, 앎과 삶을 연결하며 부단히 ‘되어가는’ 부모의 모습으로 나타났다. 이를 통해 공동육아 조합 어린이집 부모는 발현적 다양체이며, 명시적 규칙들이 만들어진 홈 패인 공간을 견제하고 끊임없이 새로운 대안을 모색하고 합의의 과정을 지속함으로써 변화 가능성을 지닌 매끈한 공간에서 되어가는 존재임을 알 수 있었다.

This study began with the awareness of problems that are emphasized only in the aspects of parental participation or community, although parents are the main subjects in cooperative parenting associations. Therefore, this study tries to explore the ontological aspect of becoming-parent of a communal childcare cooperative. As a result of the study, we were able to see parents opening up a world of ignorance, unknown, and oblivion, parents as ainfinite possibilities s diversities instead of 1/N, parents who experience daycare like mutants, and parents who connect knowledge and life. Through this, parents in co-parent care centers should be seen as emergence multiplicity, suggesting that parents in co-parent care centers should check the striated spaces and be present in smooth spaces.
