- Abstract
- 아동 학대는 청소년 가출의 원인이 되고 있으며, 범죄행위와 비행 발생 요인과 관련이 있음이 보고되고 있다. 심각하게 대두되는 사회문제는 학대받은 아동이 청소년으로 성장하는 과정에서 여러 가지 비행에 빠져들 가능성이 높다는 것이다. 또한 학대가 가져올 사회문제의 장기적인 측면은 폭력의 사회화로 인한 폭력대물림 현상이다. 이러한 이론에 근거하여 본 연구에서는 아동학대의 개념과 유형 및 아동학대의 영향을 살펴본 후, 가출청소년과 일반청소년을 비교하였다. 연구 결과는 가출 청소년이 비가출 일반청소년에 비해 부모 학대 수준이 유의미하게 높았다. 이러한 자료를 토대로 경찰이 학대 피해 아동들을 조력하기 위한 방안들을 살펴보았다.
