- Abstract
- The primary purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of psychological skill training on competition anxiety of junior golfers. Research methods for this study are quantitative research. For this research, the subject of this study selected 200 junior golfers participate in a national golf tournament. And 130 questionnaires were participate in psychological skill training designed for this study. The data was analyzed by Windows SPSS 11.0 Version. This study excluded questionaries which had missing value and unfaithful data. Statistical methods used in this study were frequency analysis, independent paired t-test, ANCOVA. Based on the above research methods and procedures, this study produced the following results. Firstly, Psychological Skill Training programs were effective in reducing anxiety level of participants. Secondly, It was to find the relationship in Post psychological skill training by difference demographic groups. There showed significant effect in gender-fatigue, school year- environment in game, school year-psychology in game and career-fatigue, environment in game.
