조선시대 개성의 목청전(穆淸殿)과 그 인식

Abstract

This study was to research about recognizance of the Mokcheongjeon and Gaesong through purpose of built, management condition, and rebuilt of the Mokcheongjeon. In king Taejong 18 years the Mokcheongjeon was installed in Gaesong for enshrining portrait of king Taejo. The Mokcheongjeon in the beginning Joseon Dynasty was close to Hanyang, So the kings could visit the Mokcheongjeon directly, it was treated with a special. The Kings of the early Joseon were staying at Kasung, served as a shrine to sacrifice at the Mokcheongjeon, after a pilgrimage to Soungguyngoan, and paid to the classical examination for confucians in Gaesong. The Mokcheongjeon was installed by king Taejong in 1418 years, and purpose of the installation was to improve filial piety and practice about king Taejo and phase of Gaesong. In order to Gaesong procession of the kings had reduced since Yensangun, and the phase of the Joseon king's hometown as well as the Mokcheongjeon were also gradually declined. Due to the Imjinweran the Mokcheongjeon was fired, national attention had been more reduced. Otherwise, the JinJeons in another area were rebuilt, the confusions in Gaesong appealed positively to rebuild Mokcheongjeon at Gaesong. But there were many reasons of recovery business, the impending execution were not. King Sukjong and King Youngjo who were trying to increase the authority of the royal family, they went to Gaesong and made a business for commendation by the Mokcheongjeon. King Sukjong and King Youngjo recognized Gaesong as the hometown of the lord and they showed their willingness King Taejo and King Taejong of the inheritance of succession. Therefore, the confusions of Gaesong, requested actively to rebuild the Mokcheongjeon. The wishes of the confusions of Gaesong was made after Gojong Empire proclaimed. Gojong Empire accepted the demands of Gaesong confusions for increasing the authority of the imperial court. Finally, the Mokcheongjeon was rebuilt in 1901. The Junwonjeon in Hamhung, Kyunggijeon in Jeonju, Mokcheongjeon in Gaesong remained as the Taejo-Jinjeon. Incessant appeals of confusions in Gaesong and the proclamation of the Empire for enhancing the reputation of the imperial, therefore, the Mokcheongjeon was rebuilt. The Mokcheongjeon had showed that Gaesong was hometown of king as well as foundation place of Joseon Dynasty, and also it was recognized as the most historical and iconic building.
