초등 예비교사의 창의적 교사역량 분석 : 교사 창의성과 교사 전문성을 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구는 초등 예비교사들의 창의 역량 측정 도구를 개발하기 위한 기초 연구로 예비교사들의 교사 창의성과 교사 전문성을 조사·분석하였다. 선행 연구 분석을 통하여, 1)교사 창의성, 2)교사 전문성, 그리고 3)창의적 교수 행동의 3 영역으로 “창의적 교사역량”을 구분하였다. 이 중 본 연구에서는 예비교사들의 창의성과 교사 전문성 영역을 우선적으로 조사·분석 하였고, 그 결과를 토대로 예비교사가 교사가 되었을 때의 나타날 창의적 교수 행동을 예측할 수 있는 ‘예비교사용 창의적 교사역량’ 척도 개발에 시사점을 얻고자 하였다. 연구를 위하여 교육대학교에 재학 중인 73명의 학생이 설문에 참여하였으며, 설문분석 결과, 예비교사의 창의성과 교사 전문성은 대체적으로 5점 만점에 3점 이상으로 양호한 것으로 나타났으며, 특히 추론능력과 비판능력의 사고 역량이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 반면 부분적으로 창의성 발현의 기회가 미흡한 영역(유창성, 확산성 등)도 나타나 예비교사들의 상상력과 독창성을 길러 줄 수 있는 프로그램 개발의 필요성을 제언하였다.

This study is the preliminary research for developing a scale of 'Creative Teacher Competencies' for pre-service elementary teachers. and ‘creativity’ and ‘teaching expertises’ of them were primarily investigated. Based on the analysis of previous research, the creative teacher competences were divided into three sub-components – i.e.,‘creativity (of the teachers themselves)’, ‘teaching expertises’ and ‘creative teaching behaviors'. Among them, the ‘creativity’ of pre-service teachers and ‘teaching expertises’ were primarily investigated. Based on those results, the implication for developing a scale of ‘creative teaching behaviors for pre-service teacher’ was aimed to obtain. In this study, 73 undergraduate students from a university of education were surveyed and their responses were analysed. As results, most of the items were generally satisfactory (more than 3 in 5 points). More specifically, while the values of‘inference’and‘critical thinking’ were higher than others, the ones of ‘fluency’ and ‘divergent thinking’ skills were slightly lower. These results imply the need for programs which can enhance ‘imagination & originality ’of pre-service elementary teachers.
