관광발전을 위한 행정구조 개선에 관한 연구 - 충청남도를 중심으로 -

Abstract

The main aim of this paper is to discover some problems of administration for developing tourism industry. Since the implementation of local autonomy system in Korea, many polices in each local government has strongly tried to improve the tourism industry in their areas. However the effectiveness of these policies wasn`t sufficiently investigated so far. In case of Chungchoengnamdo, the administrative system is not enough to lead the tourism industry on comparing with other local governments such as Kangwondo and Chejudo. In order to solve these problems, the author suggests new governmental structure named "Cuture-Tourism Planning Department" with the deep consideration of three aspects; development, operation and administration.
