- Abstract
- 이 연구는 일회성 음악치료 중재가 항암화학요법을 받는 부인암환자의 통증, 불안 및 우울에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 연구의 대상은 서울시내의 S종합병원에 입원한 항암화학요법을 받는 부인암환자 67명으로 실험집단과 통제집단에 각각 32명, 35명이 포함되었다. 연구는 2009년 4월 28일부터 6월 12일까지 일회성 음악치료를 중재로 하여 시행되었으며 측정은 실험집단, 통제집단 각각에 Wewers와 Lowe(1990)가 개발한 통증 측정도구, Spielberger(1972)가 개발하고 김정택과 신동균(1978)이 번안한 상태불안 측정도구, 그리고 Zung(1965)이 개발하고 신석철(1977)이 번안한 우울 측정도구를 이용하여 일회성 음악치료 중재 전, 후로 실시하여 데이터를 수집하였다. 연구 결과, 일회성 음악치료가 항암화학요법을 받는 부인암환자의 통증, 불안 및 우울에 긍정적인 효과가 있었으며, 그 차이는 통계적으로 유의미하였다(p<.05).
