아동ㆍ청소년의 자기자비 관련변인에 대한 메타분석: 보호요인과 위험요인을 중심으로

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 아동ㆍ청소년의 자기자비와 관련변인들 간의 상관관계를 분석하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 석ㆍ박사 학위 논문 및 학술지 논문 37편을 연구대상으로 선정하고 메타분석을 수행하였다. 연구 결과를 요약해보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 아동ㆍ청소년의 자기자비 관련 선행변인의 전체 효과크기는 =.424로 중간 효과크기로 나타났다. 둘째, 아동ㆍ청소년의 자기자비 관련변인 중 보호요인의 효과크기는 ㅍ=.367로 중간 효과크기로 나타났고, 보호요인 내 하위요인 효과크기는 관계변인군(=.373), 개인변인군(=.361) 순으로 나타났다. 셋째, 아동ㆍ청소년의 자기자비 관련변인 중 위험요인의 효과크기는 =.465로 중간 효과크기로 나타났고, 위험요인 내 하위요인 효과크기는 개인변인군(=.544), 환경변인군(=.469), 관계변인군(=.341) 순으로 나타났다. 마지막으로, 조절효과를 살펴본 결과, 출판물 형태와 연령, 성별은 보호요인과 위험요인 모두에서 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구는 아동ㆍ청소년의 자기자비에 대한 종합적인 이해를 돕고자 하였고, 후속 연구의 방향을 제시하여 학문적 발전에 기여할 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있을 것으로 사료된다.

This study was conducted to comprehensively analyze variables related to Self-Compassion of Child and Adolescent(S.C.C.A). Firstly, the overall effect size of variables related to S.C.C.A was a medium effect size(.424). Secondly, the effect size of the protective factors(.367) exhibited a medium effect size. Moreover, the sub-factor effect size within the protective factors was in the order of relationship(.373) and individual(.361). Thirdly, the effect size of the risk factors(.465) exhibited a medium effect size. In addition, the sub-factor effect size within the risk factors was in the order of individual(.544), environmental(.469), and relationship(.341). As such, this study is expected to be meaningful in that it can contribute to academic development by presenting the direction of follow-up research.
