Abstract
본 연구에서는 코로나19에 따른 대학의 원격교육 운영 현황을 분석하여, 원격교육의질 제고를 위란 개선방안을 모색하였다. 특히, 대학교육 환경에서 원격교육의 실태를시스템 구축 및 운영, 교수-학습 지원, 콘텐츠 개발 및 활용, 원격교육 관련 학사관리및 규정 등을 중심으로 파악하고, 문제점을 규명한 후, 문제점 해결을 위한 방안과 원격교육의 질 관리 핵심요인을 도출하고, 질 제고 방안 및 향후 추진전략을 제언하였다. 이를 위해, 전국 일반대학을 대상으로 설문조사와 권역별, 학교 규모에 따라 원격교육운영 실무 책임자를 대상으로 FGI를 진행하였다. 그 결과, 원격교육의 질 제고를 위해서는 개별대학의 제반 학사관리 시스템화, 교수자와 학습자의 어려움 해소를 위한 서비스 제공 능력이 필요하며, 또한 권역별 원격교육지원체계를 유기적으로 조직함으로써코로나19로 확대된 원격교육이 향후 미래지향적인 혁신모델로 자리매김할 수 있도록 꾸준한 협력과 지원을 요구하였다. 나아가, 개별대학이 고유의 상황(규모, 유형, 지역)을고려한 질적 제고 방안을 자체적으로 수립할 수 있도록 상호협력, 인프라 및 시설 공동활용 방안을 체계화하고 관련된 R&D를 추진할 필요가 있다고 제언하였다.
This study analyzed the current status of distance education implementation of universities according to COVID-19, and sought to improve the quality of distance education. In particular, the current status of distance education in the university education environment was identified by focusing on system construction and implementation, teaching-learning support, content development and utilization, and bachelor's management and regulations related to distance education, and problems were identified. Then, the core factors of problem solving and quality management of distance education were derived, and quality improvement plans and future strategies were proposed. To this end, a survey was conducted for universities and FGI was conducted for those in charge of distance education. As a result of this study, it is necessary to systematize all kinds of bachelor's management in individual universities, provide services to solve the difficulties of professors and learners, and to organize the distance education support system by region so that the distance education expanded to COVID-19 can be established as a future-oriented innovation model. Furthermore, it was found that it is necessary to systematize mutual cooperation, infrastructure and facilities joint utilization plan and promote related R&D so that individual universities can establish their own qualitative improvement plan considering their own situation (size, type, and area).
