Abstract
본 연구의 목적은 음악치료 재창조 활동을 보다 의미 있게 만드는 과정이 어떻게 이루어지는지 탐색하고 이론적 틀을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 경력 5년 이상의 음악치료사 10명을 연구 참여자로 선정하여 개별 심층 면담을 실시하였다. 수집된 데이터를 근거이론 방법으로 분석한 결과 148개의 개념과 39개의 하위범주, 21개의 범주가 도출되었다. 패러다임 분석 결과, 중심 현상인 재창조 활동에 대한 인과적 조건은 참석, 반응을 보임, 탐색과 관심이 도출되었으며, 맥락적 조건은 음악에 대한 재미와 즐거움으로 나타났다. 중재조건으로는 음악적 숙련, 소통과 교류, 협동, 규칙과 책임, 적극성, 도전, 집중이 도출되었고, 이를 촉진시키는 작용/상호작용 전략으로는 관계 형성, 음악적 활동 구성, 치료 환경 조성, 반응 촉진임이 드러났다. 그리고 결과로서 긍정적 정서반응, 신체/운동기술 향상, 인지 능력 향상, 사회 기술 향상, 언어/의사소통 기술 향상의 치료 목적이 성취됨이 나타났다. 본 연구는 재창조 활동의 치료 요인을 도출하고 요인별 상호작용을 패러다임 모형으로 제시하여 음악치료 재창조 활동에서 치료사의 효과적인 개입에 중요한 시사점을 주었다는 데 의의가 있다.
The purpose of this study was to explore how the process of meaningful recreative music therapy experiences and to suggest a theoretical framework. 10 music therapists with more than 5 years of experience were selected as research participants and individual in-depth interviews were conducted. As a result of analyzing the obtained data using the grounded theory method, 148 concepts, 39 subcategories, and 21 categories were derived. The result of the paradigm analysis showed that recreative music therapy experiences were the central phenomena, and the causal conditions for the central phenomena were attendance, response, exploration and interest. It was found that the contextual conditions were fun and enjoyment of music. As mediation conditions, musical proficiency, communication and interaction, cooperation, rules and responsibility, activeness, challenge, and concentration were reported. The action/interaction strategies were found to be forming relationship, organizing musical activity, establishing therapeutic environment and evoking responses. Finally, for the consequences, positive emotional response, improvement of physical/motor skills, improvement of cognitive ability, improvement of social skills, and improvement of language/ communication skills were achieved. This study has important implications for the effective recreative music therapy intervention by exploring the therapeutic factors of recreative music therapy and presenting the interaction between factors as a paradigm model.
