Abstract
본 연구에서는 수퍼바이지의 애착 전략과 수퍼비전 만족도 관계에서 자기개방의 매개효과를 규명하였다. 이를 위해 최근 1년 이내에 동일한 수퍼바이저에게 최소 3회 이상 개인 수퍼비전을 받았거나, 현재 개인 수퍼비전을 받고 있는 상담자 288명으로부터 자료를 수집하였으며, 자료분석을 위해 상관분석과 구조방정식모형 검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 밝혀진 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 수퍼바이지 애착 전략의 각 하위요인인 회피, 거절 모두 수퍼비전 만족도 및 자기개방과 부적 상관이 나타났다. 자기개방과 수퍼비전 만족도는 정적 상관이 나타났다. 둘째, 수퍼바이지 애착 전략의 각 하위요인과 수퍼비전 만족도 관계에서 자기개방의 매개효과를 검증한 결과, 회피는 자기개방을 부분매개하여, 거절은 자기개방을 완전매개하여 수퍼비전 만족도를 유의하게 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같이 본 연구에서는 수퍼바이지의 애착 전략과 수퍼비전 만족도 관계에서 자기개방의 매개효과를 규명하였다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect of self-disclosure on the relationship between supervisees’ attachment strategies and supervision satisfaction. For the purpose of the current study, data was collected from 288 counselors who have received personal supervision at least three times from the same supervisor within a year or were under such supervision at the time of the study. The data were analyzed by means of Pearson’s correlation and by structural equation modeling. The results were as follows. First, supervisee attachment strategies sub-factor(avoidance, rejection) were found to be negatively correlated with supervision satisfaction and self-disclosure. Self-disclosure was found to be positively correlated with supervision satisfaction. Second, as a result of verifying the mediating effect of self-disclosure in the relationship between the each sub-factors of supervisee attachment strategies and supervision satisfaction, avoidance was found to explain supervision satisfaction significantly by partially mediating self-disclosure, and rejection was significant in explaining supervision satisfaction by fully mediating self-disclosure. In conclusion, this study verified the mediating effect of self-disclosure on the relationship between supervisee’s attachment strategies and supervision satisfaction.
