dc.description.abstract | This study examined the effects of dietary style and sugar intake according to stress from the daily activities of female university students through the construction of a structural relation model. A structural equation model was constructed to study the level of stress from the daily activities in accordance with the dietary style and sugar intake. The reliability of the data was confirmed by exploratory factor analysis results using the Cronbach's alpha coefficient, and the measurement model was confirmed to be appropriate by confirmatory factor analysis with AMOS. Academic stress had a positive effect on the economical dietary lifestyle, while future stress had a positive effect on the gastronomical dietary lifestyle. Family stress had a significant negative effect on health-conscious type but a positive effect on convenience type of dietary lifestyle. Economic stress has a positive effect on economical dietary lifestyle. Further studies will be needed to determine whether the sugar consumption habits are indeed influenced by the rapidly changing dietary lifestyle of Koreans. | - |
