1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES New changing trend in real estate comes in the name of corporate socal responsibility(CSR), which will apparently give a big impact to the decision making of real estate business in the future.

(2) RESEARCH METHOD In the paper, we start to deal with the recent trend of CSR in the form of literature study as well as case analysis. Then, with the help of analytic data, we will let you know how the managers try to implement the concept of CSR in the business decision making. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS In the results of this survey, the most important problem is the Changing environment of business from the perspective of CSR & international business ethics in real industry

2. RESULTS The overall environment of Korean real estate industry has been very weak and feeble comparing to that of advanced countries. Though there seems to be a variety of reasons, more than that, real estate industry doe not considered as one of major industry to propel our economy but as a socially necessary evil, which causes to set up policy to minimize the impact of real estate industry rather than to maximize the efficiency of resource allocation In addition, industry participants also show little respect for the social value creation in real estate industry For the last, we derive the ethics of real estate industry, which can be implementable. and we raise the issue that real estate industry also should prepare for the changing new environment of CSR as well as globalized business of real estate industry, where CSR will be a main concern.
