- The purpose of this research is to study on grading of package tour product using the evaluation indicators. First of all, for this purpose, it determined essential evaluation indicators of package tour product using the indicators of cost component element, BSC(Balanced Scorecard) index and certification system of premium tour product. Second, it reify more exactly concept of evaluation indicators of package tour product. Third, it grade the package tour product in conceptive way.
Through this research, it provides guarantee to choose package tour product safely and fairly based on grading in consumer°Øs situation. Also, it can be utilized as base data to compare basic level of package tour product. Meanwhile, it can be presented as judging criteria of package tour product in quality.
