지역 문화예술교육자원 분류체계 개발을 위한 탐색적 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 지역 문화예술교육자원의 개념 및 분류체계를 확립하여 우리나라 전 지역의 문화예술교육 자원을 조사·분석할 수 있는 기반을 마련하고 활용방안을 제시하는 데 주요 목적이 있다. 이에 따라 정성적 조사기법을 기반으로 지역 문화예술교육자원의 정의 및 개념, 범주모형, 개념모형을 정립하였으며 최종적으로 분류체계를 확립하였다. 분류체계는 문화예술교육의 ‘핵심구성요소’ 기반으로 콘텐츠자원, 인적자원, 제도적 자원, 공간자원 등 총 4개로 구성되었다. 콘텐츠 자원 구분 분류체계의 대분류로는 예술문화자원, 역사문화자원, 생활문화자원, 자연문화자원, 융합자원이 있으며 인적자원 구분 분류체계의 대분류로는 행위자(기획·공급·인력), 수혜자(교육수혜대상)가 있다. 제도적 자원 구분 분류체계의 대분류로는 예산, 시스템, 기관이 있으며 공간자원 구분 분류체계의 대분류로는 문화시설, 청소년 활동시설, 평생교육 시설, 기타 대통령령 시설, 기타가 있다. 본 연구에서 개발된 분류체계는 지역 문화예술교육자원의 현황분석 및 환경진단을 위해 활용될 뿐만 아니라 실제 공급자(기획·공급인력)들이 교육활동을 수행할 때 고려해야 할 자원진단을 위한 가이드라인으로 활용될 수 있다.

The purpose of this study is to develop the regional resources of the arts and cultural education classification system, and to suggest ways of using classification system. To do this, The definition, concept, category model, and conceptual model, classification system of regional arts and cultural education resources were established using qualitative research techniques. The classification system based on core components of arts and cultural education consist of contents resources, human resources, institutional resources and venue resources. Contents resources have five large categories(artistic resources, historical resources, living cultural resources, environmental resources and convergent resources). Human resources have two large categories(planners and suppliers, learners). Institutional resources have three large categories(budget, system, agencies). Venue resources have five large categories(cultural facilities, youth training centers, lifelong education facilities etc.). These classification system are useful to analyze and examine the current status of the arts and cultural education. In addition, It can be used as a guide for resource utilization when suppliers(human resources) conduct educational activities.
